Established in 2009, AcSiP Technology Corp. focuses on “advanced communications system-in-package” technologies. Key products include wireless connectivity solutions, such as Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi, and LoRa devices. Apart from its unique SiP technologies, the company also offers system integration and size shrinkage services to customers.

In an interview with EE Times Asia, AcSiP CEO Sam Hsu talks about the company’s product development strategies as well as their plans next year.
